Point is to provide yourself more natural methods of obtaining dopamine.
i tried this and started smoking crack
its borderline impossible to do that, i feel like our phones have just gonna part of us now and you'd need to get away from the internet to complete that detox.
add the fact that we're all going to be living in mark zuckerg's metaverse soon our attention spans really gonna be non-existence in the future.

Leave your phone in your car locked in your glove box. Unplug the TVs, turn off router in your house and you can easily do this.

I work get off and just chill listening to music and do s*** like cooking, cleaning, etc.
