You asking us if we ever had self control???

  • Nov 3, 2021

this ain't gonna cure depression and anxiety like everything in moderation is an ideal compromise cutting it off completely is a bit extreme (especially music).

its borderline impossible to do that, i feel like our phones have just gonna part of us now and you'd need to get away from the internet to complete that detox.

add the fact that we're all going to be living in mark zuckerg's metaverse soon our attention spans really gonna be non-existence in the future.

    still curious to try tho.

Leave your phone in your car locked in your glove box. Unplug the TVs, turn off router in your house and you can easily do this.

To some extent I agree but sometimes it’s nice to have the ambience of the world, and music can feel like a distraction in that regard

Your ADHD might be caused by overstimulation ironically.

Not really "caused by" but definitely "triggered by"
