Exactly. So many rappers dropped their magnum opus, or close to it, that year. 2016 was the beginning of the end with "good, not great" albums like Views and TLOP dropping. I don't understand why 2016 is the year that gets all the praise, 2015 more deserving

Yes exactly the main rap projects from 2016 i hear people bring up are views tlop and coloring book
And i like all of those but just a decent amount not head over heels about them. Views is my favorite album of those 3 and even then that album isn’t one of my favorites
