Who’s hiring? I make ok money and consider myself kinda smart as I had to get certifications to work on tech, but how do I go further? Any jobs y’all know of with on the job training? Not really worried about difficulty I just need to know where to look. I always tell myself working at google would be fire but how do I get there?
How to work at Google:
1) know someone who works at Google
or
2) be a genius
You do not need to be any kind of genius to work at google
think about which trade you would enjoy doing all day and then do an apprenticeship for said trade

Haven’t done an apprenticeship but I assume not, more of a general guideline
Sell some s***. Get good at it. Sell more expensive s***.

You have to be pretty gifted to get a job there with no degree

Oh ok yea with no degree. I still wouldn’t say genius but you definitely need to be a talented software dev

I'm a digital designer (house design). I am underqualified on my paper but a beast in interviews and people need people and the program can be self taught.
EDIT: $25 with raises every 30, and that's below rate for qualified designers. Most relaxed job I've ever had s*** is cake. Was throwing my body away for jobs making less.

Just from experience, unless you're getting big contracts or working with the FAAANG niggas there's a million of y'all under qualified folks. I didn't start getting consistent contacts from them after I worked on a major project.
