Drake released just ton of finished songs, basically one ok album and two DLCs lol. Multiple music videos, etc.
On the other hand, fans beg Ye to update his almost 3 months old album.
JIK was finished and no AI, Ye too, Vultures 1 if he just put some fire tracks like Slide or Take Off Your Dress there, would've been a classic.
During JIK era Ye did multiple Sunday Service performances, his heart was there, he was cooking on Ye with that ambitious idea of dropping 5 EPs produced by him. On Vultures TY didn't let him slack too much.
On the other hand, Bully is just pure laziness, songs spent years in production hell, didn't get any verses or changes. He doesn't even want to record it. All those attempts to tap into old CD/LR Ye just look cheap and cheesy to me, like he couldn't even drop two verses.If he hadāve spent a 100 hours more on each song but ultimately came to the same conclusion (songs sound the same) would you like the album more?
Itās convenient to say an album was rushed before demos leak that could prove the songs were worked on for months with multiple production changes and writing changes
The benefit of hindsight tells us his past albums had lots of versions, but on release every album since Watch The Throne has had accusations of being rushed and careless
If you donāt like how the music sounds thatās completely valid but this is ultimately a hypothetical conversation cause we arenāt in the studio recording weāre hitting play on one set of files on streaming services

I think if there was some proof that Ye was invested in this album I would be motivated to listen to it more to find something meaningful.
But sadly I only have AI aka proof of laziness, during Vultures 2 Ye wasn't present, someone else finished his songs with AI, then Donda 2 2025 he clearly didn't want to do anything so he finished those songs with AI vocals, same pattern sadly with Bully.
Can I just say that all those short songs even without any previous versions just sound very lazy compared to opuses from MBDTF or Graduation or 808s and Heartbreak or any album before TLOP.
On the other hand, Vultures 1 is undoubtedly finished.
