crypto.com has been a scammy project in some regards since inception

However, their whole premise with the card is using your crypto to pay for stuff in $ so it makes sense, also not sure why you’d expect staples Center to accept crypto as a means of payment anyway

    That’s their business model lol

I mean it makes sense to start that way integration wise, I dnt care anyway. They f***ed their early token holders by issuing a second coin

There are a s*** ton of scams of varying degrees in crypto. doesn’t mean there also isn’t merit, technological & monetary innovation happening too

    First and foremost f*** NFT’s
But this tech could be applied to actual artistic creations that would already have value in a non-digital market (ye protecting his future music through nft’s). But for the artist to actually be the one to benefit from this, the nft is just the contract/protection/ownership and the actual work is not sold to whatever d*** bag like Martin Shkreli and the wutang album situation. The artist maintains ownership but still finds ways to profit by giving access to the masses. The value ye sees is opposite to how s*** like BAYC is using the tech
