Now Maybe MHA plans on going for another 10 years, I don’t know but there has literally been no real develop in this character whatsoever and after just coming out of something like AOT, that is more glaring than ever to me

Yeah AoT is on another level, no other shounen can compared to that. It's a once in a decade show like Death Note.

MHA has been s***e, don't know why people realizing it now. It's just fun to watch the fight scenes nothing else.

that’s not what i was saying at all. they’re just two different kinds of shows. AOT is good, but there are multiple Shonen on its level even since it started airing lol it’s not the GOAT like it’s been made out to be.

MHA hasn’t been as good as AOT so far, but with s3 and s4 it’s def on its way to being a classic Shonen

Endeavor got more character development since the last ep of season 4 to now than Deku did in 5 whole seasons

The only new manga that’s truly garbage is Black Clover for being the worst Naruto clone ever. I feel like MHA develops enough characters that you can ignore deku and still enjoy the show

Speaking for myself, I can't think of a time where my favorite character in a shonen was the protagonist. With that said, MHA is a relatively solid and inoffensive series, especially when you compare it to something like Fairy Tale and Black Clover. Yeah it's not trying to reinvent the wheel, but at least it isn't as garbage as those two series.

First 3 seasons I loved.

yeah not many but off top there’s Golden Kamuy, Parasyte, and Mob Psycho 100, all of which i’d say have as high of highs and are more consistent as/than AOT

none of them are as long as AOT, but the first season is kinda a slog and the second one doesn’t rly pick up until the second half, so i wouldn’t say it’s too crazy to compare these 2-3 season shows with the 2.5 great seasons AOT has had

it's a common trope but it's not always the case.
