Feel like we had classic moments.

But definitely not no classic album/project.

Pretty forgettable/by the books tbh.

Without the beef it would prolly be a 5/10

music wise? pretty good like 7/10 probably a 8 if last min fire comes out

indie scene went crazy this year: cindy lee, st vincent, vampire weekend, nala sinephro, magdalena bay, jamie xx

People underrating this year itt, I'd say 2024 Is gonna go down as one of the best years for music

Wouldn’t say it’s one of the best but I agree 5/10 is pushing it. Lot of great albums

Kendrick x Drake beef will probably go down as the biggest event in hip hop of the 2020s. Outside of the beef, Future held it down for the genre

Pop had a big year

if carti and ye drop again, it’ll jump to 8/10 but respectfully 6/10 as of now

Likea 7.5 overall

Besides the beef rap was a lil weak this year

Rnb/soul and indie were pretty strong this year

MVP for me is Mk.gee

Was pretty average but the last couple months bumped it way up

9/10 bc it had the biggest rap beef ever

10/10 one of my all time favorite years in music that ive lived through
