In a TV show where 95% of the cast is woman, and majority are unlikeable, it’s dumb to act surprised that ppl don’t love every female character. That’s what happens in TV you pick and choose ya favorites.

They're doing like 5 different shows in one. Post apocalypse dystopia, marriage drama, political thriller, elevated horror, occult stuff. Whatever they feel like is fun.

The only thing I take seriously is how they play the old/young against each other with timelines and mother/daughter. The show seems aware that adults watch young adult stuff and it's actually commenting on it.

I don't know its not all fully clicking for me but I am episode 9 season 1 beginning. Like its still so much weirdness. Feels at times like its doing too much but I get you

I feel like when you see the season 1 recap before season 2 you will be like "oh yeah this show is just absolutely nuts it ain't that deep".

Also, Elijah Wood joined up this season. He's been in a lot of goofy stuff.
