I been watching Yellowstone. On season 3 atm.

So far out of this “Sheridan-verse”, 1883 show, has been the weakest.

Is Yellowstone an accurate depiction of what major ranchers actually face? I mean of course it is dramatized and I don’t expect militia to be setting bombs off of course. But like what’s the percentage of realism in the show outside of all the Hollywood s***.

Like I didn’t expect these niggas to be dropping bodies as much as they do. All though I’m sure the valley has bodies people been hiding for years littered through out it.

According to the subreddit, nothing else is realistic apart from the actual work and routines etc.

Idk maybe cuz I watched it after Mayor of Kingstown. It was the second Sheridan verse show I watched, hadn’t seen Yellowstone at that point so I had no connection to any of the characters. I was just overall very underwhelmed by the show.

When Yellowstone focuses on the ranch work it is a good show.

The further it gets from ranch work it starts getting corny
