They do though. They live and breathe.

American justice system is dead ed to the point that the perp will walk in about 30 years.

It’s like the Ohio dude that flipped the bird to the families of the victims of his killings. They should have shot him there and then

Yeah I agree. Victims should be the only ones who kill. If not, then life in prison is fair and cheaper on tax dollars

I mean life in prison is the same s***? They literally don't get to live.

I believe if you can't directly kill the person yourself, then the death penalty shouldn't happen.

Clearly life in prison is preferable or ppl wouldn’t fight to get it instead of the death penalty

Well for instance Eric Holder was found guilty today for killing Nipsey and it was as equally undisputed he actually did the killing as it is with one of those mass shooters who isn’t trying to get away with it

But clearly there’s a difference between what he did and a mass shooting

So where do u draw the line between a “regular” murder in broad daylight and some sort of heinous spree killing? Obv you know it when you see it but you gotta be able to reduce it to a written rule that can be applied to all situations

By saying it needs to be 3 deaths or more

It’s the morality argument at the end of the day

Murders that stem from arguments and and that are judged in a court by people who were not there shouldn’t result in death imo

Whereas if you actually go out and intend to clap multiple people with 100s of witnesses to see you do it - death penalty

  • Jul 7, 2022

Even mass shooters shouldn’t get the death penalty. That’s what they want. Let them sit in solitary confinement until they rot.

    Innocent

Told y’all from the jump he wasn’t the shooter, nigga was just sitting on somebody lap and don’t want to admit to it, so he just gotta fight the “bullet trajectory” claims

Damn so all this was cuz he didn’t want to admit he was sitting in another man’s lap? when “no homo” goes wrong

Yeah but that’s part of the difference between first- and second- degree murders already, which is why Eric holder’s lawyers were arguing it wasn’t premeditated

    Crembis

Than the tens to hundreds of thousands per year it takes to house a high security inmate? Not even remotely close

yes lol death penalty is more expensive than life in prison

Yea in that case premeditated murder should result in you getting clapped tbh
