For instance when you shoot a weapon you can guess where it was shot from, based on how deep the bullet went into the body and the direction of the bullet.
They found the bullet was shot from where Melly was sitting at.
Melly also lied about dude being killed in a driveby based on these measurements and GPS data, they also closed the whole street to find traces of dust from the bullet and didn't find anything from where Melly said the driveby took place in.
Also they found a small bag with bullets from the same model as the bullets they dude was shot with, inside the same car.
That's all fine, but if someone asks the question "why has Melly done it or why would Melly do it, what where his intentions" and you can't answer for it, then the evidence is nullified.
so basically, that nigga did it
The judge had no choice
Damn, I guess I don't know anything about law because if you didn't say it I would be sure that this would be enough to lock someone, feel like people get locked for way less regularly
Appreciate the explanation tho, would love to hear more on that front if you got anything else to say
It's called mens rea
Mens rea (/ĖmÉnz ĖreÉŖÉ/; Law Latin for "guilty mind") is the mental element of a person's intention to commit a crime; or knowledge that one's action or lack of action would cause a crime to be committed.
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mens_rea
Or just Google the mistake of law
The mistake of law is useful as a defense because of the lack of intention and the lack of intent to commit something criminal. Without the necessary intent to commit illegal actions, the defense may have a valid argument against the prosecutionās case.

Preciate this
they really have him arrested for 14 months now without enough evidence lol
Exactly man like wtf. American prison system is the modern form of slavery at its finest.
so basically, that nigga did it
Yeah, but the evidence collected isn't enough to build a murder case.
I'm sure they desperately tried to get someone to snitch
No chance lol, yāall be falling for instagram posts that spell ātheā wrong.
Nigga itās say cheese. He probably confirmed this info before he just posted it.
Mmmmmm
After hearing murder on my mind I really think heās guilty so Iām not really in for this

Murder on My Mind came out two years before the case in question
Murder on My Mind came out two years before the case in question
Yeah but itās that with all the evidence as well
Murder was on his mind then 2 years later he finally did it
Case closed

Using songs as evidence is such a dogshit method. Literally the one time it was somewhat justified was with Tay-K, and even then its an incredibly slippery slope

how do you know he "literally killed 2 of his friends"??
Do you have some sort of evidence that Broward County and the State of Florida do not? Cuz if so you should consider getting off KTT and becoming a private investigator or something, I'm sure they'd love to know that KTT user 925Andrew has broke the case they've been desperately scrambling to make for over a year
