IzzyUsing songs as evidence is such a dogshit method. Literally the one time it was somewhat justified was with Tay-K, and even then its an incredibly slippery slope
Itās more like the song after the fact of all the other evidence, like what was posted in this thread, the fact that they have evidence but canāt prove intent

Thats just basically circumstantial evidence. Could you hypothetically use it for an argument against Melly? Yes, but its really flimsy when considering the fact that Mellyās team can say āits a work of fictionā and the fact that it came out in 2017
