im in fl. you are fine, dont even worry about this, i've straight threw my jury summons in the trash before. bc the gov doesnt pay to have first class mail, they cant actually verify whether the summons gets delivered or not
if anyone ever asks, deny you ever even got a summons. dont call, dont do anything. straight ghost them

so when my aunt was pregnant with my lil cousin she was rushing to go somewhere
it was like a week before she gave birth
so she gave birth to my baby cousin on the day she was supposed to go to court cause she got pulled over and she got a pretty hefty fine (ct mad weird)
she went to the court to explain why she was gone but she was crying and hysterical so they just let her off with a warning lmaoTL;DR- my aunt got a speeding ticket one week before labor and showed up to the judge with a baby in hand lmao

Yup the judge will talk to you all individually and if she senses that youâre one sided she wonât choose you to be in the jury.
