What did you like about Poor Things? The Favourite is an alternate reality satirical version of the 18th century about the pursuit and coercion of power.

It also has the same cinematographer as Poor Things but the world isn’t as surreal

I loved the surrealism of Poor Things, and just how weird the characters and world was. Also, the music. The setup of the story in the beginning is what pulled me in.
