If you teaching high schoolers depending on your area it’s almost inevitable kids are gonna try you. With the world going more progressive now teachers are almost defenseless now. My brother is a ‘teacher’ and for a few years they basically shipped him off to an end of the line school to teach for kids who are basically impossible. Kids would completely try to fight them and they couldn’t do much about it besides restrain them. Crazy thing is when he was doing regular hs it was no different. It’s not even a generational gap. S*** I tried to throw hands with my 10th grade math teacher that was in 08 😭

I live in one of these states that apparently allow it and I have never once seen it happen my entire life. My dad told stories about it when he went to school in the 70s, but nobody ever even considered doing that s*** in modern times

Most of them are just acting out issues from at home. Usually broken bones. No proper guidance. They simply just don’t know how to behave. It’s sad
