Gunna maintained his innocence by accepting the Alford plea understanding it would not be used against his co-defendants of which it wasn’t. Thug and every other person named so far who was charged with count 1 were not affected by Gunna since he agreed wouldn’t be used against him and we can see that is true since the judge has been accepting nolo on count 1
