Cause they feel like if gunna and the rest would have never admitted to ysl being a gang then they would have had a strong chance of completely beating the case. There’s a reason that admittance can’t be used within the rest of the case, including the judges ability to make a judgement or how the prosecution proceeds with presenting their case.

It's why the NOLO plea is being recognized for the same charges Gunna and them plead guilty to. You have to pretend Gunna and them’s Alford plea is a separate case within the overall larger case
