A mistrial without prejudice means the state can retry the case again and they probably will because they are too invested with f***ing this man over.
A mistrial with prejudice means he can’t be retried for those same crimes.
A mistrial with prejudice is off the table based on what the judge said, so even if there is a mistrial without prejudice thug will probably still be denied bail and held until the next trial starts and we start this process all over.
With all that being said, free thug.
Unless the plea deal is time served, I don’t think they gonna fight for a mistrial. Just wait it out until acquittal
How long was Gucci locked up for

not in this case
for Thug specifically, he has the right to a speedy trial (which, for other defendants, was waived due to covid policies i think), and at this point, selecting a new jury will cut it very close. he might not even be able to be retried because of this

It felt like he was in jail from 2014-2016 lol
Which i guess is possible in 22 months
Time served will cover those charges
Thug already a felon tho isn't he? Which obv illegal in Georgia to get caught with a gun as a felon, max of 5 years
He had a machine gun which is a max of 5 years too and d**** too if I'm remembering the charges correctly
Idk how the charges will stack, depends on the judge I guess, but I could see him getting another 2 or 3 years
People on here were acting lime he deserved the f***ing chair, we’re gonna have a nice long talk about that when they declare a mistrial
