Historically the main target of a RICO is almost always gonna do more than the under dudes plea or not.

I doubt we see Thugger free before 40 years old but lets see.

I don’t know for certain. But i always thought if you were tried for something and found not guilty unless there is significant new evidence you cannot be retried. Outside of appeals or whatever but thats different.

Separate institutions. Law doesn’t count. They could just take all this evidence, find any interstate activity within the chain of activities, and now try him at the federal level
