Whats the risk here? young thug inhales 1 puff of weed and then immediately starts putting money on heads and buying dracos ?

    Idk lmfao.

But that’s enough time for folks to get right tbh.

i don’t think ppl realize how wicked the court system is down south

They gave me 10 yrs probation just for selling a couple 8ths of weed. 6 months in a work camp and I had a paid defense attorney. $15k in lawyer fees for that.

    Abolish this s*** right now

"As part of his probation, Young Thug is required to leave the Atlanta metro area — where the crimes alleged in the indictment took place — within 48 hours from yesterday's sentencing and stay away for the next ten years. He will be allowed to return for family weddings, funerals, and graduations."

That’s it?? No gun probation or d*** probation? I doubt that s***

Probably the usual, can’t smoke but she may have approved drinking. Travel needs to be approved. She said 100 hours of community service a year, 4 anti gun concerts a year and must donate 100k a year to the community and pay his $15k fine all in 3 years and he goes into non reporting otherwise it’s 7.5 years reporting until he meets all the requirements and even after. She said he can get a medical card…but that’s a setup

He’s still on house arrest for 3 years so getting to non reporting shouldn’t be an issue. Literally just do what you were doing in jail expect now you got a mansion, p**** and a studio at the crib

This makes more sense. Idk bruh violating probation with that much temptation around you is gonna be hard a year down the road

Damn but can he perform and do
    Business in atl?

They might play around the rules and do a yearly charity concert out there or something but that’s a set up too

apparently for the nolo pleas he still maintains his 5th amendment right and therefore he cant be subpoena'ed to testify about those against the remaining defendants. however, for the guilty admission pleas, he could be subpoena'ed by the state to testify about those now.
could be why prosecutors didn't want to let him off w any nolo pleas but he was insisting on it for the rico and the other one
