not gonna pretend I know what they could pin on him in general, but literally every state witness has f***ed them over it feels like & in both iterations of this case there are things that would be cause for instant appeal's

The entire premise of the case was flawed from the get go. Putting thug as the head honcho of the YSL criminal activities is like convicting al Pacino of cocaine trafficking because someone else happened to have a scarface poster on their wall while dealing coke. A lot of the guys in the Rico didn't even know thug personally and even in the murder of nut, that s*** had nothing to do with thug personally or even ysl as a crew
