people tend to not support because they don't see the Value in what you're doing. but honestly most people embarking on starting a business or a music career will fail. so why would the average person support the average musician? you have to separate yourself from the pack and elevate in your field, f*** their support. most moral support is worthless anyways unless it's from someone on the same path as you or somebody successful in what you want to do.

I'd rather my friends be divorced from my professional life because it gives me a chance to mentally seperate and just have fun or look out for each other's wellbeing. As long as they're not hating I don't expect anything more.
