So I will say there are some pretty ground breaking conversations and there are actual people with connections. But the app is getting big fast so have to weed through people lying

I tried to sign up then just deleted the app right when it said I needed to wait for an invite I was like just forget it

You have to get an invite. I’ll swing if I get another one. It’s really dope tbh. But end of the day, you have to wed out trash and as the app gets bigger, the trash will get bigger

there are some dope docs / articles about this out rn

one of the biggest issues is that the apps / sites are designed to get you addicted to the likes / reward system

and the algorithms are designed to show you s*** that has high engagement

and the negative / dumb s*** usually is what people engage with most so

it's pretty nasty

and unfortunate because technology has the potential to truly aid us and push us forward

we just have to be mindful in our design practices and keep our intentions pure

same can be said for politics and all the other ills of the world too tbh

but there is too much money to be made from our demise

it's a damn shame
