my only issue with youtube is that it keeps recommending me videos that I already watched, even a few years ago..

also the algorithm is f***ing horrendous, but this happens in any social media platform nowadays, you watch a video out of curiosity, and then next thing you see are 5 more videos of the same topic on your homepage

the appeal of youtube and the internet was that it wasnt TV it wasnt corpo but now it is. also the search is so bad. need Elon to fire the youtube guys and fix youtube too

youtube is ass but i stay having 50 tabs open. mostly music and rewatches though, i hide any new drama or essay type videos whenever i see them in my recs

getting any kind of show off the ground, building a following, producing and creating and participating in that s*** while most likely doing it for the love and no financial compensation? yeah a long way from 'create what you think is missing' to some kind of finish line

Yeah no s***. Deciding to create what you want to see or what you like is still the first step. Nobody said it would be easy or OP would rake in millions of dollars instantly

theres one emerging show that i follow that has chances to become a big one but the hosts are literally people from relatively popular (i know them without knowing much about the genre) bands and they have mad connections and all types of infrastructure from patreon to being 'on a network' and even still im praying they don succumb to some bullshit

also who said anything about some big production show?
