being able to pair Zhu up with Nicole for the ether bonus definitely makes her more valuable than most right now but, at the end of the day, its all about who you like to play as. a s-rank electric stunner, Qingyi, and a s-rank physical anomaly, Jane Doe, are dropping next so if they dont interest you or your team comps, might as cop Zhu or wait for 1.2 to see whats poppin

discs are various stat modifiers that make the character stronger / play as designed. the yellow value(s) on each agent info screen is the one(s) you should focus on to get the most out of them. unfortunately, getting the modifiers you want is heavily dependent on RNG aka a pain in the ass. this link has a quick breakdown of the main stat you should be looking for per disc slot since ZZZ doesn't explain it like at all (zenless-zone-zero.fandom.com/wiki/Drive_Disc#Equipping)

as for disc set bonuses, basically if a character has 2 of one type of disc (lets say Swing Jazz), they will receive a 20% stat boost to their energy regeneration for their EX move. if you have 4 inserted, the 4pc bonus boosts the overall damage for your squad after an ult or chain attack. so, you can rock with a 4pc/2pc, 2pc/2pc/2pc, no pc or whatever
