I want to try this so badly, but I can't do push ups. Like I struggle to properly bring my body down.
Unless you also do some kind of back exercises of similar intensity to counteract the pushups you will end up with a f***ed up slouched over posture
Also make sure to stretch your pecs on ur doorway

Pushups work your pecs, so instead of getting rid of the fat it'll just fill out the muscle. Of course don't expect getting a massive chest from a bunch of pushups, but it still helps. Cardio/fat burning exercises and fixing up the diet are your best bet
