    I want to try this so badly, but I can't do push ups. Like I struggle to properly bring my body down.

    Wall push ups with a step incline for a week doing 100 per day. Then move to a chair with your hands on the chair for 5 days. Then move to the floor with knees on the floor for 5 days. Then attempt 10 straight push ups.

    This is if you're not over weight/obese, but instead just skinny with no strength training

    Start with sets of 10 or 5 Brody you’ll get better I promise

    Unless you also do some kind of back exercises of similar intensity to counteract the pushups you will end up with a f***ed up slouched over posture

    Also make sure to stretch your pecs on ur doorway

    I got my own bodyweight regiment so I'll stick to that, but I appreciate this thread. Hope my KTT brothers stick to it

    Pull ups and their many variations

    If they are too hard for you get 2 sturdy chairs and do Inverted rows

    I use a door pullup bar, you can also use a sturdy table to do rows. I have a set of rings that I set up on my pullup bar to do my rows tho

    idk why this challenge popular cause this wont do s*** for you. Do a full workout every other day to get some actual growth
