I want to try this so badly, but I can't do push ups. Like I struggle to properly bring my body down.
Wall push ups with a step incline for a week doing 100 per day. Then move to a chair with your hands on the chair for 5 days. Then move to the floor with knees on the floor for 5 days. Then attempt 10 straight push ups.
This is if you're not over weight/obese, but instead just skinny with no strength training

Start with sets of 10 or 5 Brody you’ll get better I promise
not in bc i’m in the middle of some specific training rn, but i’m cheering for all y’all
Unless you also do some kind of back exercises of similar intensity to counteract the pushups you will end up with a f***ed up slouched over posture
Also make sure to stretch your pecs on ur doorway

If they are too hard for you get 2 sturdy chairs and do Inverted rows

I use a door pullup bar, you can also use a sturdy table to do rows. I have a set of rings that I set up on my pullup bar to do my rows tho
