Not at all saying that would for sure get him the nomination, but I am unfortunately saying that it is the sort of monumental move that would be required (spoiler alert: I do not see it happening at all).

Also, if that scenario were to happen, Biden would likely counter by naming Klobuchar or Abrams his VP in a matter of days.

Understand why you wouldn't want her from a policy and person standpoint (and even from an electoral standpoint, it could be a bad pick for the general election).

However, I would say to you that you gotta balance things out: 1) VP is in essence just a figurehead who has no real power. 2) Bernie is in dire straights, and like I said in the reply to the other guy, I don't think he has a shot unless some suprise bombshell drops (which is a very low percentage chance).

This leads to a question: Would you rather let Biden have a leisure stroll to the nomination but Bernie never names Warren his VP, or would you like to see Bernie have a fighting chance with the caveat that he would have his VP (who is basically just a figurehead) be Warren in the history books?

(Again this is all just hypothetical, because I don't see Bernie ever actually doing this)
