Bernie going hard on Biden wouldn’t have done anything besides ensure Trump wins the election. The Democrat base listens and trusts the MSM, the man never had a shot when they were ignoring him as much as possible, and when they did cover him they dogged him for s*** previous candidates and presidents never were. Ex. Obama and Bernie’s similar comments praising Cuban healthcare.

But going hard on Biden would’ve just split the base enough for Trump to win easily. He still might because Biden has porridge brains, but we’ll see. It sucks that “nothing will fundamentally change” Biden is the nominee, but we just can’t do 4 more years of this lying, incompetent, openly grifting con man in the office with SC seats opening up soon.

Part of me wants to see the Dems burn to the ground for their Biden f***ery, but too much is at stake. We are back to the lesser of two evils now with Bernie suspending, but Biden’s significantly lesser than Trump.

People don't understand politics at all. He didn't attack Warren for the same reason. He needs their voters to vote for him. People think Bernie can just take on the whole establishment by himself without thinking about who Democrat voters are comprised of.

Biden is not picking Kamala, let's be real. It's going to be a white woman.

Is there actually a third party candidate that is better than Joe Biden? Voting third party just because they’re not one of the two other candidates is a horrible reason to vote for somebody.

I know a lot of yall on here will disagree, but I definitely agree with Nate here -- this (and other moves like it around the same time) was the biggest mistake of Bernie's campaign. He needed to find a way to bring in people outside his campaign, and this was the total opposite of that

Dario Hunter is another good alternative candidate.

Honestly, he's probably the best one.

Howie Hawkins is Socialist Party USA nominee and the probable Green Party nominee. He's been trying to gain the support of many of the left-wing parties. Howie is one of the original creators of the Green New Deal back in 2010 and Howie is one of the founding members of the Green Party.

Maybe I’m just talking crazy, but I feel like they should’ve put the election, campaigning, and primaries on hold. Ohio should’ve voted almost a month ago and many people will probably end up not voting at all now. How can a primary move forward right now?

How are open borders a good idea, unless all borders are open. I’m not even talking about making immigration easier/giving a pathway to citizenship, that I can get behind. But if anyone could come to America then millions would poor in from everywhere and strain the system for the rest of us

You think old people who make up the dems constituency saw or cared about this tweet? Lmao

This was just a tweet to hype up his base. Acting as if this messaging hurt him is hillarious, when thats what hes famous for.

  • Apr 9, 2020

We have to be honest and realize that most people are a lot less progressive than they may appear to be. I think to a lot of people Bernie’s ideas are still very fringe and unappealing and they’re not ready to cast a vote for that.

calling these fools idiots is letting them off the hook too much - they are knowingly opposing resoundingly popular issues like #M4A, because they care more about protecting their special interests and donor industries than actually uniting their party or, idk, doing the right, moral thing

    sickening

But but but we have to make progress! Biden is a step in the right direction!
American politics is a f***ing joke full of broken promises and constant false hope

  • Apr 9, 2020

People really brainwashed into thinking that “progress” has to be made
Either you are for helping the middle class or you aren’t at this point. At this point neither party gives two f***s about the middle class or poor
