I think Drake will be around. 50 stopped trying. But this CLB album is very important since he's getting older and people already moving to other younger artists.

Tbh any albums that a artist drop next is always the most important. But for sure this one is more important than all of his others.

I think the last album is the most important for legacy. Like Blackstar. Or if Jay ended his career with 4:44

My issue is that I loved IYRTITL, More Life and even WATTBA, but I didn't like Views that much, and I never really went back to Side B of Scorpion at all.

Hope he will drop a great album this time, but the pushbacks kinda scare me.

Is it that hard for a hitmaker to keep the album short and full of fun songs?

Nah bro I think pushback is all part of the plan. If I was in his shoes, I wouldn't want to drop an album when I can't tour. Especially if touring is majority of the money. If I had to guess he will drop a month before when vaccines become common place. So the album can brew a bit and as it's brewing ppl get vaccine and when restrictions come down that's when he goes to tour.

Well if I was his or his manger that's the advice I would give.

But yea man I f***ing hope so. Tbh Im more fan of Drake's hits than album cuts. How he managed to do back to back number one with god's plan and nice for what, was honestly insane. I just hope he can top that.

OG version of Scorpion was actually going to be good, the Pusha beef just ruined it and he reworked the album as a result.

Idk how to feel about CLB, I mean so far the songs we've heard meant for the album didn't do much for me

Jay-Z, Eminem, Kanye, and Wayne had longer runs. Drake hasn't even stayed hot for 15 years yet like those four. He can pull it off no doubt though.

I don't think Kendrick or Cole are competition for Drake. Drake is hot even when he doesn't drop by killing features that he pretty much turns into his songs.

Dude is just special, but people already turning on him cause he's older now.
