Bazooepersonally i wouldn't use fake deep but i am on the side of it being shallow in it's themes. which i think worked perfectly fine for it. it was a movie about straight forward ideas about universal feelings
i would say it's extremely over dressed tho. super busy and over the top for a movie that doesn't offer too much to really chew on.
Iād take your avi as a perfect contrast. It has many themes in it that are āsimpleā but the presentation doesnāt Make it Out to be more than it is.

you were optimistic100% I thought the trailer looked cool as s***, I love Asian films, I usually love A24 films. I donāt even HATE this movie, itās enjoyable but itās definitely not living up to the crazy hype it received.
