    Full statement:

"It has been brought to my attention, by the National Action Network Los Angeles office, that out of one hundred and six (106) people called to potentially sit as jurors in A$AP Rocky’s trial in Los Angeles, there are only 4 black people.

I have been closely in touch with A$AP Rocky’s friends, and though I do not know the particulars of the trial, I do know he deserves to be judged fairly by his peers, as is his Constitutional right.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the jury will be not fair and representative, so as to deprive A$AP Rocky of a fair trial. When we have four (4) black people in the city of Los Angeles, out of one hundred and six (106) — and exactly zero (0) within in the first thirty (30) possible candidates for the jury — something appears to be very wrong with the system.

I am monitoring this trial and challenging the Los Angeles District Attorney to ensure that fair and representative justice is afforded to A$AP Rocky."

  • It’s so crucial for Rocky to “Don’t be Dumb” here.

So wait they put a fire arm in his hands - man what the f***.

So supposedly the gun that was used was never found by police, they couldn't find any shell casings at the scene, and the only casings they have were given by Relli, however none of the casings have any fingerprints on them. It seems the only evidence they're banking on is a video of a figure in a hoodie and no visible face holding a gun.

Now I'll say this, I do actually think Rocky was doing some dumb s*** and shot at that nigga. I don't doubt that they got into some dumbass Harlem nigga s*** and where a gun was present/involved and somebody ended up slightly grazed when it went off. All that being said, it's on Relli and his lawyers to prove Rocky did it beyond a reasonable doubt. With the evidence they have, I just don't think that's really enough to prove his guilt. Not having a gun or fingerprints on the casings is probably what's gonna sink this. We'll see though.

Rocky so smart for the text saying " i didnt shoot you, what are you talking about."

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mark S. Arnold to A$AP Rocky's mother:

"You must have had him when you were about 7?"

Rocky's mother tells the judge she was 26.

"You are very beautiful. That's on the record," Judge Arnold says.

Judge should get 5 years for attempted assault off this hitting on his mom lol

Just searched the Rikers one up

So it was attempted robbery at 16 and he only spent 2 weeks there

He doesn't have a bad rap sheet so I doubt he'd get much time even if he's found guilty

there is no 'not a lot of time' for trying to kill someone lol

One of the potential jury is a woman says her father was a criminal defense attorney, her uncle was a judge and four cousins are lawyers, including a DA.

    Also, she’s a firearms instructor.

  • Jan 23

Prosecutors already got rid of a man who said he distrusts police because his father used to beat his mother when he was growing up in Nebraska and the police never did anything about it.

Defense got rid of a man whose cousin is an LAPD officer on the witness list, though prosecutors said he won't be called. Man and his father were victims of violent crime.

DA John Lewin is questioning a woman who is an elementary school assistant principal. She knows Rihanna's music.

"I don't know if it's going to happen, but what if Rihanna comes in here and you see her in the audience?"

He asks if it would be hard for her, and she said no.

    Lewin asks why she hesitated.

"I was imagining that situation in my head. Then I answered," she says.
