Tbh I’m disappointed too because he said on Twitter that we get a refund automatically and now I have to fight for it because the ticket seller is trying to give me a voucher instead. It’s not ok to write this on his Twitter if it’s not how ever body will be treated.

People who bought Tour passes from the metch store aren't getting refunds and they won't transfer over to the tour. So we aren't even getting that. Some XO are really struggling financially speaking and I don't think people loosing their money is hilarious at all. Also many sites aren't giving refunds, they're only offering online store credit

Doesn't matter, bc sites like these have "no refunds" in their fine print. It's not fair at all and the only thing left to do is file a claim with the bank you used to buy it but some banks state that since the "no refund" policy is clearly written on the sites, many are just SOL on that

Dude, I'm so sorry. Definitely contact your bank and file a claim on this. Also people like me who bought the tour passes from his merch store aren't getting refunded and the passes won't carry over into the tour so our $$ has literally been stolen at this point

I've lost out on the $$$ I used to buy a tour pass from his merch store bc those aren't being granted refunds and they won't transfer over to the tour. This is straight up theft and it's wild XO are defending this

i literally called the umusic help line and they told me that

they dont refund them but you can still enter early is what they told me.
this is europe tho not sure about US

I’ve received an mail with confirmation that I will get the refund within 30 days.

All I did was immediately writing them the day they said I would get an voucher and claimed that multiple sources (plus the Artist himself) said that ticket holders would get a refund.
