You are either gonna have to sublease OR consider a pay-per-week hotel. Both are gonna be pretty expensive in San Francisco, so start saving up some money now.

Look up interview questions on Glassdoor. They're almost 100% just gonna give you behavioral questions. Practice the STAR method and practice like 10 different situations over and over.
I have never been not asked these questions:
Tell me about yourself
Strength/weakness
Why this company
Why this line (i.e audit)
Give me a time where you dealt with some team-related thing
Tell me a time where you dealt with stress
Amongst others
Wan an auditor for 2 years at a big 4 firm. Hated the hours. Left there and became a senior financial a***yst. A lot better pay and less hours
a dude i went to school with got transferred to pwc in the cayman islands, must be nice
literally just had an interview with Intuit rn and these mf's WANTED me to stay with the company. I thought it was just going to be something to get some experience but they were saying something like "if you were to do this internship you would HAVE to work fulltime here" they didnt want me to do Public accounting. Man I got KPMG next week and CohnReznick also

This is the dream tbh. My plan is that I'm gonna start off in industry as an internal auditor and internally transition to FP&A. Hopefully skip that PA grind
Starting in transfer pricing next year lfg
ayo congrats TP seems cool but I've never been a fan of tax or tax-adjacent practices... how'd you get into that role?

Applied through firm websites for their graduate programs. I don't know anything about TP tbh but from what I've read it seems to include a decent a mix economics and policy compared to more traditional tax roles like corporate tax. Either way keen to get started and if I'm not happy in the role I'll try xfer to a different team.

Respect, sounds like a great gig. Hope it works out for ya man
Last offer came in but it seems pretty low ngl... 63k base salary for an audit associate in Chicago. I mean, I know it's PA but...
Finished my KPMG interview. I was late to the first one because my email said 2:30-3:00 but that was the time for the second interview. The first interview was 2:00-2:30 so I was f***ing scared as s*** for the first one and that went terrible IMO. The second was definitely better. If I don’t get it, I definitely understand why

Damn. I'm not gonna say it's over but if you did really well in the 2nd interview, you still might have a chance
