She’s the main character because she’s the only complete arc in the whole movie, everything else is open ended she’s the only one with a conclusion

As for problems I had with the movie, the pacing of the Nueva York fight was a little weird as I was confused as to where it was going, or what the thought process was with it. Like why didn’t Miles just turn invisible?

I was frankly confused what the other Spidermen do in their dimension? There was no set rules, can they only be there a certain amount of time, before they have to return to their universe? I get Miguel’s case because he destroyed another, so he has to be there, but what about everyone else?
