keep the mcu as far away from spider-verse as possible
Stop b****ing and accept that it’s going to happen lmao
i was so happy that they canonized the official universe numbering of mcu is actually 199999999 not 616 like stated in MoM

raimi with another L
raimi with another L
it wasnt his fault feel like feige always wanted it to be called 616 in universe
I don’t get the need for two canon events neither. And yeah, it’s would make more sense for Peter atleast to try and find out a more rational way to solve things.
Like, are all these hundreds of Spider-Men all going off of Miguel’s experience only? I don’t buy it
I'm pretty sure it's implied heavily so many times that they all have experienced or seen the results of this s*** going down. It's what makes it more real that the spider society knows it's lame af, but they haven't seen any success in changing the system.
The animation/art design for Gwen Stacy's universe is absolutely beautiful.
It makes me wonder if that decision was just artistic or does the environment literally change due to a persons mood?

feel like its way more than just 2 canon events gwen dying is another one, harry osborne dying probably another for example
Doctor Strange episode in What If covered nexus/canon events very well and you can always google them to see how they work. They’ve been an established thing for awhile
Were both parts written as one screenplay? Cause I’m tryna see sum with how literal some of the payoffs may be for the next one
so earth-42 miles was supposed to be Spider-Man right. Looks like there’s a clip where The Spot takes the spider just as it was about to bite earth-42 miles

👀 did not take note of that cause that’s rly important

Probably. Considering they had to finish this quickly basically doing two films in one. According to Wikipedia Phil and Chris had the script completed around 2021
The movie is the longest animated American feature film ever, and also had the largest staff of the same production variety with over 1000 people
That’s a year and a half of crunch time for the staff, so if they wanted to do any retakes I imagine they didn’t have a huge window. The scripts are pretty laser focused so I’m confident the next one will throw some curveballs

guess there’s a debate about whether earth 1610 miles was supposed to become the prowlers successor or just a regular teen
Yeah the more I think about this movie the more I love it
Despite the spiderverse chase scene being kind of poorly thought out

That’s nuts wow
i gotta think on this
Enjoyed this but kinda wish a little more had happened but as it stands it was good. Excited to see where the next one goes.
if I watched this on mushrooms I would of lost my mind (literally)
Definitely on my to-do list
Did they ever show the 90's Spiderman?
