great show, had me like Leo pointing out in the chair when i spot a hidden cut

i think the one take aspect can get a little drawn out at times, but i think it’s super effective for a show like this to allow the viewer to sit with the immediate emotions dealing with something like this. Felt like there was more going on with some characters that I wish we got to see more of, but it was a compelling watch that didn’t overstay.

only part I didnt like because of that was when the detective was jogging slowly yelling at the kid to stop running. like bro just run a little faster

i said the same thing to my girlfriend, and then the officer says he hasn’t run that long in a while, while also being absolutely built, like dude just isn’t doing cardio?

wished we could have seen more with the officer and his son, but oh well

not to mention he was yelling at him while "running" without heavy breathing at all lmao
ya the storyline with his son didnt really go anywhere

hold on i just read that apparently there isn’t any cuts and they didn’t stitch anything together? wtf that’s crazy i definitely thought i spotted some cuts in there!

they used VFX for one scene in the entire 4 hours. very impressive!

bro when the officer is leaving the school with his son then it goes across town and zooms in on the father at the crime scene

i thought the episode was over when the camera started going up, and when it was coming back down i was in shock that they actually pulled that off, insanely cool shot
