It is complete bullshit how it has to be "let go" when proper reparations haven't even been given out to those who were affected by slavery, Jim Crow, redlining/segregation, etc.

The question(s) that need to be asked to those people on that "Just gotta let it go" s*** are simply...Why? What sense does it make to let something go that significantly impacted a group of people when that group of people are still frequently treated like garbage in the country? How does that group of people just "let it go" when even after slavery was abolished they still faced discrimination and a racist system that continues to disproportionately target them? Why do black people have to be "the bigger man" and just let it go when America can't admit they did evil and has hardly even done the bare minimum in repairing the damage they caused to black people?
