    Nuts, meats and veggies boutta be my life for a couple months

    from start until recently i was doing the carb replacements like Zucchini noodles (Zoodles) and cauliflower rice.

    but it sucks tbh

    i enjoy the simple (meat, veggie, oil) meal much more

    gonna start grilling mackerel fish as well

    This the right way to do it, I remember some dude on here saying they just stopped eating every other day or something and that s*** sounded rough lol
    Diet is so much more important working out for someone trying to lose that weight especially for really big people who can potentially hurt themselves jumping straight into a lot of exercise. If you start working out you'll be in a way better spot than guys who just start to work out hard at first.
    Definitely start lifting or doing cardio though, adding muscle helps burn more calories even if you're not doing much so it makes it way easier down the line

    i've also noticed ppl who frequent the gym will say stuff like "i worked out today, so i earned this unhealthy food"

    ppl who are diet-only dont have room for those excuses

    update 23 august 2022:

    been off keto for like a year, still intermittent fasting tho.

    new weight goal: 75kg or 70kg, cant decide

    till i lose my chubby cheeks


    update 4 september 2021:
    OK i lied about starting excersizing. i lift weights for real now

    i did different stuff at different stages of my health journey. i havent eaten any starch/carbs since september but u can do the whole grains/slow carbs thing if ur not ready to let it go.

    some staples:

    white rice -> brown rice
    white pasta -> brown pasta
    oats
    blueberries
    beans
