and whole foods doesnt mean expensive. u can buy frozen berries for smoothies. bananas are cheap and buy washed veggies in bulk.
when u buy packaged food take a few seconds to read the ingredients for no added sugar or anything that ends with -ose; Dextrose, Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose etc.

But that being said, eating clean feels a million times better
I also strength 3-4 times a week while as do cardio so keep that in mind
get a nutribullet and become a smoothie king
