Stopped eating out so much
Sad to admit but there was days I would eat out twice a day & get dessert out the same day
So I started exercising, gave up soda and started eating healthier

I'm vegetarian and did vegan for a while but I can't kick soda
What're your replacement drinks? I like Yerba mate's but need something else to rotate and truly stop drinking soda

We're vegetarian but our gym game is mad inconsistent
I still eat way too many snacks but for now we get one of those weekly boxes for dinners since we're both wfh and I like the portion sizes

sounds like bad advice but i absolutely hate working out. so i just stick to what im good at, nutrition.
i have 2 meals a day (intermittent fasting)
first meal at 12pm is a smoothie…
my latest recipe:
100g frozen strawberry
1 small banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon cacao powder
100ml unsweetened soy yogurt
100ml unsweetened almond milk
then for dinner today 6pm i had a cold chicken salad. the weather is too hot to cook

Do you allow yourself any cheat meals? My willpower will last for 2-3 months and then it'll fall off a cliff and I'll start eating fast food again

yup. i went from strict keto for years to eating whatever i want and i went nuts for a little bit, pun intended. my weight went from 75kg at its lowest to 83kg at its highest. (back at 78kg now)
my snack of choice was stupid. it was literally spoonfuls of peanut butter or a chocolate bar. both very high in calories and u dont even have to eat much of it.
also went thru a sugarfree candy & chewing gum phase recently but that gives u diarrhea if u eat too much of it
my snack of choice now is dried apricots. i keep a bag in my fridge and it lasts me 2 weeks or so. no complaints

So when I want something different
Gatorade Zero & Prime drinks (surprisingly good tbh)
But I just dont crave it much anymore, give it like 8 weeks and u wont think about it anymore

A cheat meal doesnt have to be crazy either, a burger and fries (small/medium) isnt terrible with some water
So u can afford one a week or one every two weeks depending on how strict u wanna go
Cheat days are kinda bad cause then u can binge super easily throughout the day
