If I hire and then quit next day will I be eligible?
nah its for people who worked during a specific period. they basically want to get rid of anyone who might vote for the union
can't they just fire the motherfuckers btw lmao amazon too soft
the NLRB will be on their ass, and they might be anyways for this
I’m pretty sure slaves weren’t paid $15/hr with full benefits lmao
The way wh*te left*sts love to compare their struggles to those of slaves is f***ing sickening honestly
People truly do not understand the truly horrifying reality which slavery was/is
Saying "white leftist" is a whole load of nothing tho. White "rightist" largely do not acknowledge the concept of slavery, it's horrors & the rippling after effect it has on the world... one is detached, the other is dismissive lol

They realize those new hires can still want a union right lmao

Whites in general love to make generalizations about slavery that vastly underestimate how extremely awful it was
Was just using leftist in this case bro my b

theyll hire scabs or plants if they have to lol. get them to vote against the union, then theyll never be seen again

Empathy vs Sympathy, it's the root of true understanding IMO
I'm not going to entertain your troll beyond this, and have obviously reported your posts already.
in the meantime here is a quote from famous white leftist, frederick douglass
"experience demonstrates that there may be a slavery of wages only a little less galling and crushing in its effects than chattel slavery, and that this slavery of wages must go down with the other""
So you, a white man, are really going to compare at-will employment with full benefits in 2020, to slavery. And you consider even questioning such a statement, something worth reporting. Come on man
I hope people will be able to see how much power the worker really has when their companies go to lengths such as these to keep them from unionizing.

i reported him because he's a troll. he always has been, its why he was banned previously and now thats he's unbanned he's right back at it. and no, i'm not comparing the two. that was a quote of frederick douglass comparing the two. whether wage slavery is as bad as chattel slavery, which it isn't, is not the point. the point is, it is the subjugation of one party to another party, through different means and methods. The only people operating are bad faith are the ones who invoke slavery whenever people talk about the s***ty conditions of the working class today in order to obfuscate from the issues of exploitation by way of wage slavery.
You'd be lucky to get a job paying $12 in my city that $15 is not slave labor.
I know niggas who wish they could get into the Amazon warehouse rn.
You can quit whenever you want, it's a f***ing warehouse, you know you have a 8hr shift before you clock in and you know what your task is.
Anybody calling this slave labor need to chill.
The people who get over worked in there are the ones who don't speak up for them selves.
Niggas was willingly having contests to see who put in the most Overtime.
I had it harder working at a grocery store
its quite the genius tactic tho lol. instead of engaging honestly with the exploitation going on under what we'll call wage slavery and the conditions stemming from it, just harken back to slavery, one of the most barbaric systems we have ever seen (rivaled only actual genocides). because hey, it doesn't matter if youre working in s***ty conditions and being exploited, at least you get to take home a small portion of the wealth you created, and aren't a slave. oh and we'll call it "at-will" employment to make it seem like you willingly engage in your own exploitation. what a grift.

Why'd you quit?
Jeff Bezoz and Amazon wouldn’t be where they at if it wasn’t for people that are working for them.
None of these companies would exist if it wasn’t for the workers. They need to pay people proper wages and benefits.
this deal is laughable, you take it up and you can say goodbye to your 401k, unemployment benefits, seniority, etc.
for $2,000
Damn that’s a good look. It’s their choice if they take the $2k so it’s probably just easy bread for people who were considering leaving soon anyway
Amazon does more for the people of the United States than its government does

I work at Amazon, the worst thing here is the ridiculous rates they want you to hit, especially during the holidays where they make you do overtime.
