stop being a shill for socialism

I don't even shill for socialism like that here. But I'm tired of bozos riding for amazon and corps that are constantly exposed for doing what cartoon villain's do on lol

Call me crazy but isn’t paying your workers a living wage a better idea than paying them 2k to quit

$15/hr minimum wage plus full benefits is absolutely a living wage in like 95% of the locations where Amazon’s fulfillment centers are

stop signing in to ktt to d*** ride capitalism lol

I’m sorry I have strong opinions on how we can make other people’s lives better. There’s literally a whole ass socialism thread on this website. Why all the whining when an opposing opinion is introduced? Seems pretty lame to me. But honestly, I’ll just stick to what I believe in (which is what the data says)

They do this every year it’s a $1000 for every peak season you worked like if you worked 3 years you get $3000 but you can never work for amazon again.

And I think it has more to do with 401ks shares being vested after 3 years don’t think they want to pay that. It also makes rooms for new blood and removes employees who are a liability and/or just worn out.

    Also it’s not $1000 they don’t tell you it’s taxed 😂😂😂

this was a safety measure, not a place to lock people up lmao

In an Amazon facility in Kent, for example, 750-pound robots topped with shelves scoot around an area surrounded by high chain-link fences, bringing merchandise like iPhone cases and coffee mugs to waiting employees who place or retrieve items from windows built into the fence. If an unauthorized human strays into the robot-only zone, the company says, an alarm is triggered and the devices are designed to shut down to avoid colliding with the person. Amazon, in its patent, suggested a way around that firm boundary between human and robot territory.

    from the patent itself:

Disclosed herein is a human transport device and associated system to transport a user within an active workspace. The human transport device may include a platform to support a user, an enclosure coupled to the platform to surround the user, a drive subsystem to power the human transport device, and a control unit to control the movement of the human transport device in coordination with active mobile drive units moving within the workspace.

Much harder to get your job than an Amazon warehouse job. Plus minimum wage is double what the federal is

$15/hr is livable pretty much everywhere outside of NYC, LA, SF, Seattle and DC. Plus they don’t really have many fulfillment centers in those areas.

Obviously but thats not how these cocksucker's work. Most of these companies If they could pay you less they would, so they could "generate more profits"
