If Tolkien wasn't rolling in his grave, he'd be rolling in dough
I’ve been enjoying them both. GOT has better characters & drama but ROP has more sense of adventure so far
these numbers are from over a month ago when they debuted the first 2 eps
what's interesting to me is that while hotd ratings keep rising every week, rop is declining
What about the rest of the month?
freaking waldreg being the one creating mordor is halarious
but amazing scene
The scabby scrubs did it
dam we finally got an actually good episode? i rejoiced when the volcano erupted at the end
idk if i'm supposed to root for adar and his orc children, but they're definitely the most charming characters
So they’re already setting up Galadriel and Halbrand
So he’s definitely gonna die at some point

I f*** with Adar too. Just trying to find a home for his people. Meanwhile Galadriel telling him his race is a mistake
Wonder what they will set up the last 2 ep with the other plot points

Dwarves about to delve too deep
Best episode of the season so far.
Galadriel actress one of the things bringing it down for me though. She’s so stiff. Looks like she’s constipated. Dude who plays Arondir does a much better job at being stoic n brooding, yet being expressive in his acting than she does.
As far as the episode goes. The action was pretty good, there was a lot of PIS moments though especially the switch that happened.
Alright I’ll watch this newest one. I’m ready to give up on this show it’s f***ing brutal but maybe this will pull me back.
