If you somehow hadn't seen breaking bad the second half of this season makes next to no sense alot of "THATS THE S*** THEY CHOSE TO NOT SHOW/SKIP OVER???"

MID!
My goats

Wait a second
damn it just hit me that the chuck flashback is jimmys time machine moment, it was the one time chuck tried to connect with jimmy and talk about law stuff with him without an ulterior motive and jimmy turned it down, in the end all he really wanted was to make things right with his brother
Yooooooo
So glad I was able to experience seasons 5 and 6 live. That season 5 finale cliff hanger was something else
"they chose to skip over scenes they already showed in another show wtf!!!!!"
dumbass
He's trying real hard to prove that the show can't be its own thing lmao
This was an incredible watch. A lot of layers and nuance to it, possibly more than any other episode in the series.
People complaining about Jimmy giving up the deal feels a lot like the people who complained about Walt admitting he did it for himself or sparing Jesse in Felina. I think you're misunderstanding the character and projecting your mindset onto him. It didn't matter to Jimmy if it was 7 years vs. 9 years or 75 years vs. 150 years. It was to show that he can always con his way out of anything, but it always prevents him from facing his demons. He didn't just do it for Kim, he did it because he realized he could change. For so long he manipulated the law in his favor and he was finally ready to accept justice for what it saw him as.
It's also him still going out on his terms, which seems really in character for him. I'm surprised people are so mixed about this ending. The alternative of Saul conning his way out of it and getting back together with Kim seems even more Hollywood-like, and doesn't give the satisfying closure this does. The whole show was about a broken guy who scams his way out of situations and is worried he'll never truly change. How would him taking the deal make it feel like any of this was important?
All facts
7 years would’ve just pit Jimmy tight back where he was before. An empty loveless life scamming people & digging himself into deeper & more dangerous holes
He’ll be aight lol
Live watches >> binging for sure
the last couple seasons yes
the first few hell no
On first run through ep7 still has to be my favorite this season
hands down
you got the best of both worlds from the lawyer storyline and cartel storyline
the range of emotions I experienced from laughing out at Jimmy sabotaging Howard to the adrenaline of being in utter shock at Lalo killing Howard
she snuck in bc her license card doesn’t have an expiration date if I remember correctly. Slippin Kimmy
oh s***
God I’m going to miss this show
