...and Andre's verses are usually of higher quality. Andre is a more gifted writer, which includes: imagery, storytelling, depth and so on. Charisma is indeed a thing - he outshines Big Boi most of the time; whether it's his energy, the emotion he implements into a verse (which makes him connect with the listener on a deeper level), etc. Hence why Big Boi comes across as a wing-man on a lot of tracks.

Anyway you're clearly another fickle headed troll who's just looking to "win an argument" online instead of challenging your views, so I'm done wasting my time.

My nigga, you act like claiming 3k is top 5 is some different hip hop opinion, “challenge your views” lol. It’s the most safe pitchfork approved rap opinion you can have.

When we rank MCs we either go by them as a complete package(allows for 2pac to be top 5) or just by their body of work.

The only time 3k outshines Big “most of the time” is on the first album, after that he improves incredibly.

Big Boi has as much charisma, imagery, storytelling etc.

The biggest difference imo is that Dre verses on the Outkast songs/verses he’s praised for feel more personal(Storytellin, Ms Jackson, Playas anthem), there usually isnt more emotion as both artists verses are about their own situations, just different ones.

Big Boi comes off as a wingman because 3k tried really hard to separate himself and be “different” post-erykah badu.

This is cool and all but isnt enough to justify placing 3k in the top 5 while putting Big Boi in the top 30.
As rappers I have them in the top 20 with Big Boi one or two spot above 3k
