didn't know that i'm in love with the villainess was an isekai
dropped that s*** instantly
We ready
I respect it. Surprised though, cause most people have Maya/Claudine in their top two. I'd probably go Mahiru/Hikari in 3rd while Maya/Claudine and Karen/Hikaru changes spots in the top two depending on how I'm feeling that day.
I think I give Mahiru/Hikari the nod over Maya/Claudine only because I was not expecting the beat change of that fight to turn into a final boss mahiru chasing a fleeing hikari around the revue like a horror scene
The shot at 6:56 . I'll go to my death bed remembering that shot.
One day I'll be rich enough to rent a movie theater out just so I can watch the movie again in a setting it deserves.

Nothing about revue misses
need it
started it cause someone here recommended but i don't think i'll ever finish it
my interest wore off once i realised it's full of cheesy romance
Self exposal. This real deal romance. Everybody hurting each other
Hahaha at the end of the day I guess the target audience is women but I think I'm prob relating to a few of the themes rn
Well written character drama with characters who act in believable ways will always be relatable. Ai Yazawa understands human relationships and the futility that comes with it as well as the desperation in spite of knowing a certain relationship is "wrong" for you. There are moments in life where you can't pull yourself away from "wrong" people. Those experiences impact your current relationships and future relationships with others. Making mistakes again and again even while knowing it's a mistake because you swear to yourself that this time will be different. Nana is the most human series I've ever experienced. You're gonna get hurt and hurt others. One lead character continuously stumbles into relationships due to her crippling codependency while the other tries to pick up whatever pieces are left of her own relationship with the love of her life... THIS THE REAL DEAL. SUFFER AND GROW.

Everything just seems so dramatic lol particularly disliked how lame Nana's life revolves around relationships, she has no hobbies, no dreams, no nothing, her entire existence revolves around having a boyfriend
I'll still finish it just for cool Nana tho

The dope part about that is that it's so f***ing real lol. So many people who are exactly like that, nothing going on in their lives except their desire to be loved and accepted by others. The series even tackles this negative character trait. If anything Hachi is more honest than Nana, who continuously puts up a front about it

That's interesting, seems like the plot is deeper than it seemed at first
So far disagree with the last part tho
cool Nana lives in the real world, lame Nana lives in a fairy tale
Anyone watch Fate Stay series? Does it have a decent story aside from the cool battles

I'm watching Unlimited Blade Works right now. I'll say the lore and stuff is interesting for sure. The writing itself is whatever.
fate seems cool just for fights
prisma iilya looks interesting
I just watched Madoka Magica, and I really enjoyed it. Some interesting twists and surprisingly dark turns.
