I'm glad Mars Red has been sticking to its guns and hasn't turned into the usual action affair that one tends to expect when it comes to vampire anime. Also, it's kinda on the nose, but I like the contrast between "human hours" and "vampire hours." There's so much love and connection on display when the vampires are involved, while the human commanders are doing nothing but treating soldiers as in inhuman chess pieces.

Always thought the final arc was absolutely beautiful

Seeing that parasyte in the woman actually become emotionally connected to the child was beautiful and made that final scene between them in that police stand off one of the highlights of the show
