I think I liked the main boy and Migi as a duo, him slowly turning less human and Migi becoming more human is crazy and the woman’s process of loving the human baby is a highlight of the show, all the battles and gory moments too

I remember not really caring for the rest of the characters and the way the plot got stretched in the second half (after the girl’s death) and also (nitpicking) I didn’t like the dubstep

Neon Genesis Evangelion > End of Evangelion

I just did it. Watch the series first and then End of Evangelion. In my opinion the final two episodes of the series happen at the same time as the final part of EOE. Then skip the first movie and watch the next two. They are a retelling of the story and the first one is the same as like the first 6 episodes. The 2nd one has a lot of different scenes and the 3rd is all brand new. There's one more, but it won't come out here in the US for awhile probably.

The series and the movie have basically the same ending, but due to different reasonings. When you watch them you will know why. You have to watch the movie because it shows things that happened that the series doesn't show. Also, the newer movies are kind of different and since the last one hasn't come out in the US we don't know how it ends. It happens after what occurs during the first series and the first movie.

The first movie is End of Evangelion. Then there are four newer movies and it is called the rebuild of Evangelion. Like I said, skip the first one and watch the next two. Then wait for the last one to come out here in the US.
