Yes it is. And yeah the (small) white population of Bolivia has a disproportionately large amount of people in the ruling class.

Morales was also the first indigenous president of Bolivia, so I would suppose that it's also symbolic of him and his leadership.

The summary of the audio is quoted from there, not the actual audio
Why are those sources unreliable and not Western sources??
And who f***ing cares where the audio came from anyway, it would still be evidence if it came from a right-wing source.

Just listened to the audio after work, super interesting. Wonder what narrative cruz and friends are gonna push publicly 🤔

Well I doubt they're gonna be held accountable for this anyway, mainstream media is doing their job and is refusing to call this what it is: a military coup, and they for sure won't question the involvement of Rubio, Cruz and Menendez. Overthrowing left-wing governments - particularly in Latin America - is a bipartisan thing too, only a few on the left-wing of the Democratic party have been critical of what has happened in Bolivia. So they won't get too much pushback from the Dems either.

with all that said, the whole thing about the pause in result transmission is very familiar to my country's election, and that one was definitely rigged.

That was the quick count that is meant for the media to report on, not the binding official count, and a week before the elections they announced that they would pause the quick vote count. There were no pauses in the official count that was actually legally binding.

Evo also agreed to a binding OAS audit, unlike the opposition.

The history of US intervention against left-wing Latin American governments should be enough for any reasonable person, but there has also been leaked audio:

Presidents of Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Guyana, Suriname, and Uruguay all have center-left to left presidents so I’d say the movement is still fine
